All instructors at The Pilates Space are trained extensively in both classical and contemporary methods of Pilates as well as biomechanics, anatomy, and fascial relese techniques. We listen to each client’s goals, assess their structural makeup and create tailored sessions that go beyond fitness to create lasting results.

We empower clients through healthy movement utilizing state of the art spring based equipment, guiding clients to create strength, mobility, stability and flexibility. Utilizing our extensive education and experience, we have cultivated a compassionate community designed to elevate movement for each individual.
