Instructors at The Pilates Space are trained extensively in biomechanics and anatomy and our sessions go beyond fitness. We listen to each client’s goals, assess their structural makeup and create tailored sessions.

We empower clients through heathy movement utilizing state of the art spring based equipment, guiding clients to create strength, mobility, stability and flexibility. Utilizing our extensive education and experience, we have cultivated a compassionate community designed to elevate movement for each individual.
