All Levels Reformer Class:
Reformer and tower class with attentive and encouraging guidance tailored to each unique group. Geared towards cultivating awareness around healthy alignment to build strength and increase mobility. Familiarity with equipment and prior experience strongly recommended.
Level Up Reformer Class:
Are you ready to level up from "All Levels" and up your game? Deepen your Pilates practice with this hybrid Reformer/Tower Class geared towards challenging your endurance, strength, flow, layered information and of course, more fun! Prior reformer classes required.
Advanced Reformer Class:
Challenge your Pilates practice with a strong work out building strength, stamina and agility. Prior Level Up Reformer classes required.
Jumpboard Cardio Reformer Class:
Integrate a cardio routine into your Pilates practice with aerobic, low impact exercises that will challenge your endurance, coordination, and strength. Class begins with feet/ankle strengthening then jumping intervals on the jump board with additional reformer and mat exercises for a full body workout.
Foundations & Beyond Reformer Class:
This a great class to start your reformer Pilates practice; or refresh your fundamentals. Core principles are the most challenging to execute well and this class will ensure you have your basics down to layer information while cultivating alignment awareness, reset habitual patterns and get familiar with the equipment.
Reset and Ready Reformer:
Start your week off resetting the nervous system, opening the body and getting charged up with delicious movements. This energizing Monday morning class will get you ready for the week.
Restore and Renew Reformer:
A mini workshop every week. Take the time to work through chronic tension or immobility utilizing specialized release techniques. Clear your body from stress and malfunctions and restore your body's highest optimal movement potential.
Early Bird Reformer:
An 8 am practice to get your week off to a great start. Join Sherry for an All-Levels class that will align, strengthen, and nourish your body. Familiarity with equipment and prior experience strongly recommended.
Apprentice Reformer Class:
Our Apprentice Teachers are in their final hours of their training. Take advantage of our equipment class led by our Apprentice Instructors at a discounted rate for a limited time only! All levels welcome. *Coming Soon.
Mat Class: *Mat Provided!
Mat work - the fundamentals of Pilates that will help start or deepen your practice. Flexibility, strength, mobility and alignment will all be addressed. No prior pilates experience needed, all levels and abilities welcome.
